External Funding Opportunities

  1. New faculty members within 5 years of employment or within 5 years of receiving Ph.D. can apply for the subsidies of New Personnel or General Review-on-request Projects

  2. New faculty members either individual or group can apply for the subsidies of the Mass Application of Research Project

  • NSTC Grants for International Cooperation Funding Programs (Contact Ms. Yeh, ext. 2612, e-mail:ciyeh@mail.nsysu.edu.tw )

  1. Proactive MAGIC Grant

  • Open to all research areas

  • Submit a proposal at least 3 months prior to its implementation

  • Eligible applicants could be Principal Investigators of on-going  research projects funded by the NSTC

  1. Bilateral MAGIC Grant

  • Follow joint calls for proposals with partner organizations

  • Submit a proposal before deadlines announced in the joint calls

  • Eligible applicants could be Principal Investigators of on-going research projects funded by the NSTC
